Powder preparation specifically formulated for celiacs.
Product that allows to obtain an artisan bread with a rustic sourdough flavor, with a uniform and soft alveolate, a thin and fragrant crust and high hydration thanks to the fibers.
Ingrediants
Swallowed wheat starch, rice starch, potato starch, quinoa flour, lentil flour, dextrose (from corn), vegetable fibers (inulin, psyllium), millet flour, lupine flour; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

How to use

Preparation
- Knead everything together.
- Leave the dough to rest for about 15 minutes and create the shape with the desired weight.
- Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in volume.
- Brush with extra virgin olive oil and bake (preheated oven at 200 ° C) for about 25 minutes (no microwave); dough weight: 130g.
