Powder preparation specifically formulated for celiacs.
Product suitable for the production of biscuits and shortbread. It has the correct protein content and gives the dough good workability and optimal yield. In this way the finished product will have lightness, fragrance, crispness and consistency at the same time.
Ingrediants
Rice starch, corn starch, potato starch, corn flour, quinoa flour; vegetable fibers: psyllium, bamboo; thickeners: xanthan gum; raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; stabilizer: calcium salts of fatty acids), carob flour.

Preparation
- Mix in a planetary mixer with a leaf for about 5 minutes at first speed: margarine and icing sugar; immediately afterwards add flour, whole eggs and salt, until a homogeneous mixture is reached.
- Convection oven at 175 ° C, for about 15/18 minutes (weight 20 g).
