Ingrediants

Corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, sugar, emulsifiers (mono and diglyceride lacticide esters of fatty acids, 1.2 propandiol esters of fatty acids), dehydrated glucose, soy flour, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, acid carbonate di sodium; stabilizer: calcium salts of fatty acids), dextrose (from corn), lactose-free milk; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; psyllium fiber, pea flour and vanillin.

How to use

BASIC RECIPE FOR PANETTONE
Large Leavened Blend 1,000 g
Waterfall 340 g
Margarine or butter 150 ml
Whole eggs 130 g
Egg yolk 90g
Fresh brewer's yeast 45 g
Honey 10 g
salt 2g

Preparation

  • Mix in a planetary mixer with leaf for 4 minutes at first speed and 8 minutes at second speed. Form the dough into the desired weight.
  • Let it rise up to the level of the baking tray in a hot environment.
  • Before baking, place a very deep cross cut; for 550 g of pasta: convection oven cooking at 152 ° C for 59 minutes about +4 seconds steam.
  • Pandoro cooking: ventilated oven 152 ° C for about 75 minutes; dough weight: 550 g.
