Margarine or butter | 150 ml |

Fresh brewer's yeast | 45 g |

Preparation
- Mix in a planetary mixer with leaf for 4 minutes at first speed and 8 minutes at second speed. Form the dough into the desired weight.
- Let it rise up to the level of the baking tray in a hot environment.
- Before baking, place a very deep cross cut; for 550 g of pasta: convection oven cooking at 152 ° C for 59 minutes about +4 seconds steam.
- Pandoro cooking: ventilated oven 152 ° C for about 75 minutes; dough weight: 550 g.
