Indications

Vaillant essential oils are prepared with methods that guarantee the maintenance of all the active ingredients and their properties. They are pure and natural essential oils extracted from leaves, flowers, peels and roots through steam distillation or by simple cold pressing, so as to perfectly preserve the active ingredients. The beneficial effects derive from their use in different ways:

External use: in the bathroom (due to the effect of water and heat they develop beneficial vapors), by inhalation (a few drops in a pot of hot water, or on a handkerchief, and breathe deeply) or in the air (a few drops in a diffuser or aroma vaporizer to breathe all the benefits, to perfume and purify the environment).

Internal use: Take 2-4 drops in a little water or tea. In the kitchen: added to olive oil to season raw and flavor hot dishes (pizzas, pasta and legumes etc.) or cold dishes (salads, desserts and sorbets).

How to use

3-5 drops in a little water or tea 2-3 times a day.

Essential oils are concentrated substances and should not be used pure but diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not use in pregnancy. Store at room temperature, in a cool and dry place, away from light.
