Silicea Plus in capsules with biotin and trace elements contains optimal levels of natural silica, trace elements zinc, manganese and selenium, and biotin (a B vitamin).
Silica, an elementary natural substance derived from quartz crystals, is found everywhere in nature where strength, elasticity and flexibility are important.
It is an essential element in small quantities for all living things, and is found in every cell of our body.
After twenty years of age, the body loses the ability to maintain silica reserves, which therefore must be taken with food.
Silicea Plus, with its silica content, enhanced by biotin and selenium, zinc and manganese, strengthens hair, nails, bones and skin.
