How to use
1. Preparation: Wash your hands before opening the container. Always open immediately before use. Do not use if contents or container are visibly damaged. Before inserting the vaginal ring, check that it has not fallen out.
The applicator is designed for use with the vaginal ring only, not other products.
2. Loading and Installation: Pull the plunger back gently until it stops.
Squeeze opposite sides of the ring and insert the ring into the applicator tube opening.
Gently push the ring into the tube. The end of the ring should protrude slightly from the applicator tube opening.
Choose the most comfortable position to insert the ring, for example lying down, squatting or standing with one leg raised.
3. Insertion and Removal: Place your thumb and middle finger on the grip area.
Gently insert the applicator tube into your vagina until your fingers (the applicator handle) come into contact with your body. Then use your index finger to gently push the plunger all the way into the tube.
The ring is pushed out of the applicator. Gently remove the applicator. For use, see also the package leaflet.
Make sure the ring is no longer in the applicator. Discard used applicator with waste. Do not throw the applicator down the toilet. Do not reuse the applicator.

Warnings
- Do not re-use the applicator; is designed to be used once only.
- Do not share the applicator with other people.
- If the applicator is accidentally dropped, wash the applicator with warm or cold water (NOT very hot water).
- Dispose of the applicator in the waste immediately after use.
- Do not throw the applicator down the toilet.
- Keep the package after using the applicator; if you have problems with the applicator, please contact the manufacturer indicating the lot number and expiry date printed on the package.
- Use the applicator with vaginal rings containing Etonogestrel / Ethinylestradiol as active ingredients.

Store at a temperature between 15 ° C and 25 ° C.
