Ingrediants

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; dry extracts of: lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.), top of escolzia (Eschcholzia californica Cham.), hop strobili (Humulus lupulus L.), aerial parts of passionflower (Passiflora incarnataL.); anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; spirulina concentrate (Spirulinaplatensis).

How to use

Take 3 Sleep & Go tablets in the evening before going to sleep with a glass of water. The dose can be reduced to 1-2 tablets as needed.
