How to use

For each Osmodyn treatment it is recommended to use at least 250 g of Mineralized Salts from the Dead Sea. This quantity is indicated for the uses specified below. Fill the bathtub one quarter full with very hot water. Pour the previously indicated content, shake the water slightly and wait for the salts to dissolve completely. Add warm or cold water until the tub is half full. Make sure that the bath thus prepared has a temperature between 37 ° / 39 ° C.
Immerse yourself completely in the active bath and remain in a relaxed position for 15 minutes. Add hot water as needed to keep the initial temperature constant. Do not use soap and rinse with warm water. Avoid bringing salt water into contact with the eyes.
