How to use

Adults: 2 capsules per day.

It is recommended to take the product with a glass of cold water, at least 60 minutes before or after taking drinks or hot meals, or medications.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age and people with favism. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product can cause gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, diarrhea, vomiting).
