Bamboo ES 604 mg equal to 422 mg of silica, Calcium 600 mg (75% NRV), Magnesium 450 mg (120% NRV), Sodium 380 mg, Zinc 12.5 mg (125% NRV), Manganese 3 mg (150% NRV), Copper 1.5 mg (150% NRV), Vitamin B6 2 mg (143% NRV), Vitamin B2 1.4 mg (100% NRV), Vitamin B1 1.1 mg (100% NRV), NRV: Nutritional reference value. ES: Supported dry extract.

Recommended dose

Adults: 1-3 sachets per day. Children over 3 years and for adolescents: 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass of water.
