What is H 36 used for?

Oti Brom H 36 is an effective compound to combat insomnia (both understood as difficulty falling asleep and as frequent awakenings). It is particularly suitable for restoring the right sleep-wake rhythm and for dependence on hypno-inducing remedies of chemical origin.

It also counteracts and considerably reduces the tensions caused by emotional, psychic, conceptual and physical "stress", which lead to situations of neurasthenia and general exhaustion.

Contraindications or Undesirable Effects

The homeopathic remedy does not present any phenomena of addiction or "rebound effect", so its intake can be interrupted or, on the contrary, it can be prolonged without any undesirable effect. It has no contraindication or side effect, nor any dullness upon awakening, even sudden.

Dosage

It is recommended in adults a quantity of 30 drops in a little water and swallowed slowly before going to sleep and / or upon awakening.

In the therapy of addiction to chemical products, a quantity of 20 drops is recommended, initially together with ½ dosage of the chemical product which, after a short period, can be reduced to ¼ together with 30 drops of BROM COMPOSITUM, and then abolish it permanently while maintaining a along the 30 drops of BROM COMPOSITUM.
