Ingrediants
Stabilizer: Rice starch, Hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), Zinc carbonate, Selenium methionine, Melatonin.
Warnings
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin corresponding to 1 capsule a day just before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a correct lifestyle.
