Phyllantus niruri is a plant native to tropical countries and is well known both in Madagascar, in Latin America (where it takes the name of Chanca Piedra) and in the Indochina area. Its use dates back to about 2000 years ago.

It is normally used as a diuretic, as a disinfectant of the urinary tract, but above all for its most important characteristic, that is, it destroys kidney and gallstones, increasing the solubility of alkaline salts and helping to keep the bacterial rate of the genito / urinary tract low.

This herb also has a relaxing activity on the smooth muscles of the urinary / genital tract, favoring the decongestion of the smooth muscles of the prostate and the expulsion of stones, resulting in a reduction of perineal pain that characterizes chronic prostatitis.

Phyllantus niruri's ability to stop stone growth and aggregation makes it important for stone prevention. Making periodic intakes of this plant allows a good "maintenance" of the genital / urinary system. (Especially if you take water rich in mineral salts, in the case of tired kidneys, and in any case in the case of a delicate urinary system. Obviously, even those who do not usually suffer from kidney stones, can find in this herb an excellent help to keep the apparatus itself)

When to use it

Phyllantus niruri can be used effectively in kidney stones because, through the production of glycosaminoglycans, it creates a protein film around the lithiasic crystals, avoiding their aggregation and stone formation.

The efficacy of phyllanthus niruri has also been demonstrated in overt kidney stones, because it determines an overall increase in the percentage of stone-free and a reduction in the expulsion times of the fragments.

How to use it

Take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening with plenty of water for two-month periods, interspersed with one or two months off.
