Composition

Raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) young shoots 10% glycerine macerate. Alcohol: 30 °, hydroglycerol-alcoholic extract with a ratio of fresh plant / extract 1:20.

How it works

RUBUS IDAEUS is able to effectively soothe all the symptoms of PMS thanks to the activity of the active ingredient. In particular, raspberry extract is able to act on the autonomic nervous system in order to relieve all the symptoms of PMS such as unmotivated crying, irritability, nervousness, anxiety or depression dictated by the estrogenic peak. Furthermore, the product is able to effectively regulate the menstrual cycle and stimulate ovarian function.

Recommended dose

It is recommended to dilute 50 drops of the preparation in a glass of about 40 mL of water. Take the solution obtained 2 or 3 times a day. The dropper has 2 notches, the second of which corresponds to a dose of about 40 drops.
