Ingredients : Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac Koch.) Tuber powder, chromium picolinate, rice starch. Quantities per daily dose of 6 capsules: Glucomannan 3 g Chromium (from chromium picolinate) 180 mg (450% of NRV)

Indications

In the context of a balanced diet, glucomannan contributes to the loss of body weight

Contraindications

In the context of a balanced diet, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each taken with at least two full glasses of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

There is a choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake.

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

The product does not replace a varied diet.

It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle, with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.

Keep in a cold and dry place.

Dosage

2 capsules 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before main meals, taken with plenty of water (at least 2 glasses).
