In particular situations, such as in case of diarrhea, after intense physical activity or simply as a result of excessive sweating due to heat, many mineral salts are lost and it is therefore advisable to reintegrate them to restore the correct hydro-salt balance and prevent the onset of disorders related to a lack of minerals.

Magnesium is a mineral necessary for all major metabolic processes, such as cellular energy production, protein synthesis and plays a crucial role in muscle contraction, nerve conduction and muscle tone regulation.
Zinc plays important roles in the biological system of the organism, both as a structural and regulatory type of enzymatic reactions. It is also a powerful antioxidant, protects biological membranes from oxidizing agents and has immunomodulatory activity. Infants, children, the elderly and pregnant women are often at risk of zinc deficiency.
Sunactive Fe is a special microencapsulated iron with high bioavailability. Totally tasteless, it does not cause a sense of heaviness in the stomach, it is highly digestible and without unpleasant aftertaste.
