It is a low calorie natural sweetener (about 250 cal per 100 g) with a high content of mineral salts, characterized by a low glycemic index.
Ghamin
It is a nutraceutical composed of a concentrate of proteins isolated from whey and free amino acids (L-arginine, ornithine alpha Keto glutarate, L-tryptophan, taurine, L-cystine, hydroxyproline and L-citrulline), from metabolic substances such as L-carnitine and Coenzyme Q10, from vitamin B6 and from zinc.
Olobasic
It is a nutraceutical composed of alkalizing mineral salts (carbonates, bicarbonates and citrates of potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium).
How to use
Acer Detox
100 and 150 ml are used + 1-2 lemons squeezed in 2 liters of water to sip during the day, from after breakfast to before dinner.
Ghamin
2 sachets of product are used (one sachet to be taken in the morning as breakfast and one in the evening as dinner) mixed in 0% white Greek yogurt (170 g) + fresh seasonal fruit (50 to 100 g).
Olobasic
2 sachets are used (1 sachet in the middle of the morning and one in the middle of the afternoon).
For the preparation: dissolve the sachet in ½-1 glass of water, squeeze 1/2-1 lemon, stir with a teaspoon; let it rest for 5 minutes, slowly drink the solution while sipping it.
