Microcrystalline cellulose (glazing agent), Magnesium ascorbate (Vitamin C), Magnesium Pidolate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Vitamin K2, Calcium Pidolate, Bamboo ES (Bambusa bambos - Surculi - titrated 70% in silica), Vegetable Vitamin D3, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), sodium molybdate, anti-caking agents: micronized silica, magnesium stearate.
How to use
Take 2 capsules a day.
