Ingrediants

Swallowed flour (swallowed wheat starch, thickeners: guar gum, E 464, acidity stabilizer E 575, sodium bicarbonate), sugar, butter, raisins, 7% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter , emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavoring: vanilla), hazelnuts, egg yolk, partially skimmed milk, marsala, cocoa powder 1%, egg white powder. The product may contain traces of: sulfur dioxide, other nuts, peanuts and peanut-based products.

All Panarello gluten-free products are present in the dietary register of the Ministry of Health and licensees of the Spiga Barrata brand granted by the Italian Celiac Association.
