Ingrediants

Swallowed flour (swallowed wheat starch, corn starch, corn flour, glucose, dietary fiber: inulin, thickeners: guar gum, E 464, acidity stabilizer E 575, sodium bicarbonate), sultanas, butter, sugar, candied orange peel (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup derived exclusively from corn), candied citron (candied citron peel, sugar, glucose syrup derived exclusively from corn, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), egg yolk, hazelnuts , marsala, egg white powder, pine nuts. The product may contain traces of: soy lecithin, other nuts, peanuts and peanut-based products.

All Panarello gluten-free products are present in the dietary register of the Ministry of Health and licensees of the Spiga Barrata brand granted by the Italian Celiac Association.
