Corn starch, pasteurized fresh whole milk without lactose *, anhydrous butter *, fresh eggs, sugar, rice starch, rice flour, invert sugar syrup; thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum; honey, egg yolk, natural yeast; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; alcohol, flavorings, salt.
4% sugar sachet: impalpable sugar, corn starch, flavorings. May contain soy, mustard, sesame and swallowed wheat starch.

Gluten free.

Lactose-free (Lactose less than 0.01%).
