What Christmas would it be without Panettone? Our idea of the classic Milanese dessert in a Sicilian key will be able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. Craftsmanship, slow leavening and careful selection of raw materials are our commandments. This Panettone and its packaging are a tribute to Sicily and its traditions.

We have created a version with Rum and "Cioccolato di Modica IGP" that will give you a unique taste experience. Our specialty will have a robe signed by Master "carters", with colors and motifs that refer to the ancient Sicilian traditions and the warmth of our people.

The artists have also chosen to represent the famous scene of San Giorgio, patron saint of Modica, while on horseback he kills the dragon with his spear. Our Artisan Panettone will be the perfect gift for your Christmas!

INGREDIANTS

Eggs, corn starch, sugar, butter, 9.5% PGI Modica chocolate (60% cocoa mass, raw cane sugar), glucose syrup, rice flour, rice starch, yeast, rum (1.8 %), thickeners: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, xanthan gum; natural yeast, psyllium fiber, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; aromas. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.

It may contain traces of: nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), sesame, soy.
