These sore foot insoles help prevent sharp pain in the front of the ball of the foot.

How to use

Identify the left and right foot symbols on each pad
Try to place them in the shoe before removing the protective film
Check that the pad is positioned under the front of the sole of the foot with the raised end facing the heel (see picture on the packaging for correct positioning)
Remove the protective film from the pads and apply them in the shoe with the adhesive side facing down
If necessary, reposition the insoles, making sure that the pads are in the same position in each shoe
Be careful when removing, slowly pull the pads out of the shoe, applying pressure with the other hand to the insole next to the pad.
Replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
