Pastapro Fusilli FiberPasta Wholemeal Protein Pasta

PastaPro is the Wholemeal Protein Pasta designed mainly for the nutrition of athletes and sportsmen. The high protein content of 30% with the combination of wheat proteins and isolated pea proteins, allows for a product with a high biological value with an excellent amino acid profile and the good taste of the Italian tradition.

PastaPro uses 100% Italian whole wheat, selected from the best local whole wheat semolina.

FUNCTIONAL PROPERTIES

HIGH PROTEIN CONTENT

30% between wheat and pea proteins, we have chosen the combination of cereals + legumes to offer a product with a high biological value that contains all the main amino acids. The high protein intake also makes it useful for counteracting the problem of muscle mass loss (sarcopenia) particularly accentuated in elderly people

WHOLE WHEAT

We use whole durum wheat semolina made in Italy (from our Marche region)

HIGH FIBER CONTENT

9.3% fiber including the precious inulin (soluble fiber beneficial for intestinal well-being) to help intestinal regularity considering that the high protein content could cause constipation
