Ingrediants

Rice flour, calcium lactate, thickener: guar gum, emulsifiers: mono and glycerides of fatty acids, vitamin B1.

How to prepare and store

The initial dose of ChiccoRis is 1-2 tablespoons (about 20 grams) and can be increased according to the age and appetite of the child, after consulting the pediatrician.

Ideal for the preparation of:

• SOUPS *: Bring 200-250 ml of cooking liquid (vegetable broth) to a boil, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of ChiccoRis Mellin and cook for 7 minutes.
• RISOTTINI *: Boil 2 or 3 tablespoons of ChiccoRis Mellin for 7 minutes in plenty of water. Drain and season with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil or with a jar of Mellin vegetable homogenized.

Cooking times can be varied according to the consistency preferred by the child.
