Food supplement based on pollen extract, borage oil, lemon extract, fish oil, omega 3, phospholipids, vitamins and minerals.
Helps to:
- promote well-being during menopause;
- limits hot flashes, pollen helps limit daytime and nocturnal flushes;
- promotes skin trophism, borage oil helps maintain skin trophism and functionality. Vitamin E and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Iron and vitamin B9 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night in the evening, with a large glass of water during meals.
