Ingrediants

Bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphates; ferrous gluconate, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L., aerial parts) eg tit. 1% silica, niacin (nicotinamide), ferrous citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), dog rose (Rosa canina L. fruits) eg, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; L-lysine hydrochloride, copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use

1 tablet per day, preferably before meals, for at least 2 months.
Repeatable treatment in cycles throughout the year.

Useful news

Iron is mainly present in the animal kingdom, but quality is more important than quantity. In fact, the "animal" iron is more absorbable than that coming from vegetables, such as spinach, whose real absorption is about 3%.

Some iron-free anemias are related to a deficiency of ceruloplasmin (of which copper is an essential component), so supplementation (at physiological doses) of copper is useful.

This supplement, unlike other pharmaceutical products, is well tolerated and does not cause disturbances.
