Ingrediants

Per vial: Aluminum gluconate equal to 0.258 mg of Aluminum, Manganese gluconate equal to 0.0728 mg of Manganese, Cobalt gluconate equal to 0.0727 mg of Cobalt, diluted solutions of Aspen, Chamomile recutita, Elm, White cestnut, Rescue remedy, Lytic tourmaline, Bauxite, Rhodonite in traces, sterile physiological solution to taste at 2 ml.

How to use

1 ampoule a day in the late afternoon or one hour before bedtime. In most cases, even if taken during the day, the effect occurs exclusively during the night, because the components act exclusively on the beta endorphins which, during the night, promote sleep.
The duration of the treatment varies according to the subjective reaction; space out the frequency with improvement and suspend the remission of the disturbances.

How to open glass vials

The vials have an easy opening area (not visible on the vial); rotate the vial applying a slight force until you find the breaking point.

In Oligolito Somnum there are some floral remedies, indicated precisely for those moments when it seems impossible to be able to relax and stop the mind in continuous turmoil.

Hold the liquid under the tongue for a couple of minutes: in this way the preparation is immediately absorbed by the blood circulation system in the mouth and quickly reaches the body. The preparation is however absorbed even if immediately swallowed.

It is advisable to take it in the morning on an empty stomach, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor. Wait at least 20 minutes between one administration and the next, if there are 2 or more oligolithotherapy to be taken throughout the day.

The dosage is the same for the adult, the child and the elderly and is not related to the weight of the person: the oligolithotherapy does not act by virtue of the quantity, but of the quality, that is only due to the fact that it is available in the body in a physical-chemical form such as to activate the functionality of the metabolic process.

In younger children, the contents of a vial can be aspirated with a syringe and, after removing the needle, administered with the syringe itself directly into the mouth or placed in the bottle with a little water.
