How to use
Take 5-10 drops, once a day, as they are or diluted in water (20ml) or other liquid.
1 drop = 5mcg = 200 IU (equal to 0.03 ml) of Vitamin D3.
The drops can be taken as they are (for example on bread) or diluted in water or other liquid.
- 2 drops = 400 IU from birth to the first year of age
- 3 drops = 600 IU from the first year of life onwards (this intake may increase if children are not exposed to the sun)
- 5-10 drops = 1000-2000 IU for healthy adults
- 10 drops = 2000 IU for the elderly

How and when to expose yourself to the sun
The solar exposure necessary to ensure adequate levels of Vitamin D varies according to the latitude, the season and the time of day in which you are exposed. In general, you should expose yourself for 15-20 minutes a day for at least 4 days a week, uncovering the arms, face and legs without protective creams.
The skin phototype influences its production:
- for people with fair skin, an explosion of about 10-15 minutes is sufficient;
- people with dark skin need 3-6 times longer exposure period (based on skin color).
