Food supplement based on Dioscorea villosa (Progeplus®) which counteracts menstrual cycle disorders, Fenugreek (Furocyst®) useful for the metabolism of carbohydrates and Zinc which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Progeplus®, an innovative ingredient based on a particular dry extract of Dioscorea villosa that contains Diosgenin, capable of promoting regularity and counteracting menstrual cycle disorders. The technology used in Progeplus® guarantees an assimilation of Diosgenin 8 times higher than the traditional dry extract.
Furocyst®, dry extract of fenugreek seeds that improves carbohydrate metabolism often associated with gynecological problems in childbearing age (ovulatory dysfunctions, ovarian polycystosis)
Furocyst® was used for 90 days on women suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, it brought beneficial effects in 94% of the women treated and allowed a regular restoration of the menstrual cycle in 71% of cases. (Study carried out on 50 women of childbearing age).
Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the ovaries, fertility and reproduction.

Ingrediants

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed eg tit. 45% furostanolic saponins, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; stabilizer: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; zinc gluconate, Progeplus® ［dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) tuberized root and rhizome tit. 3.5% diosgenin, stabilizers: beta-cyclodextrin, sucrose esters of fatty acids], antiplatelet agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Gluten free.

How to use

1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with water for a period of 1-3 months.
The prolonged-release tablet allows for once-daily administration and optimal release of the active ingredient during the day.

Food advice

The use of supplements should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle that includes physical activity.
A correct eating style is particularly important in the case of problems related to the metabolism of carbohydrates.

Avoid the consumption of sweets (cakes, biscuits, ice cream, candies), sweet carbonated soft drinks, wine, spirits and beer, refined white sugar, fructose and synthetic sweeteners.
Check the ingredients on the packaging of industrial products as they usually contain sources of added sugar to preserve food
Prefer whole grains of different types (e.g. rice, barley, oats ...)
Use healthy (unsaturated) fats such as raw vegetable oils (extra virgin olive oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil, walnuts, pine nuts) fish oil, useful for promoting the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, E, K, D).
