mode of use
7 drops 2 times a day, preferably morning and evening, taken as they are or diluted in water or other cold or lukewarm drinks (at a temperature below 37?C). The product must not be mixed with hot beverages.

Screw the cap clockwise and all the way. Shake well before use to ensure uniform dispersion of the lactobacilli in the solution. Unscrew counterclockwise, remove the cap. Screw the dropper spout and remove the cap from the mouthpiece. Dose the product according to the dosage.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
