Benzoyl peroxide acts against P. acnes, favoring the onset and subsequent inflammation of the acne lesion. This activity is associated with its ability to reduce the production of sebum, exerting a sebostatic action, useful in reducing the risk of obstruction of the excretory duct of the sebaceous gland. Finally, it induces a keratolytic and exfoliating action, able to reduce the typical hyperkeratinization which is observed in the course of acne, regularizing the dermatological environment treated.
Niacinamide, with its strong antioxidant power, has the ability to improve the functionality of the epidermal barrier with consequent improvement in skin hydration and moisture.
Retinol intervenes locally in the differentiation processes of keratinotics, smoothes the skin by stimulating cell turnover.

How to use

We recommend applying the cream once a day, or according to the doctor's advice, directly on the affected region, after thorough cleansing.

Warnings

External use.
It is contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to the active substance or to one of its excipients.
Treatment with benzoyl peroxide, especially if prolonged, could determine the onset of local or transient side effects, such as burning, irritation, dry skin and peeling.
In case of pregnancy, use the product under doctor's advice. It is contraindicated during the lactation period.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin regions affected by different types of pathological processes. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse them thoroughly with cold water.
Do not apply on abraded or damaged skin.
