Liquid food supplement, useful for the reintegration of liquids and electrolytes during sports. Hypotonic solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes able to contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise and to increase the absorption of water during sports activity. The vitamins contained contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit B2, B5, C), contribute to normal energy metabolism (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, C), and to normal heart function (B1). of cells from oxidative stress (Vitamins C, B2). The product contains eleutherococcus known for its ditonic-adaptogen properties, also useful for assisting the body's natural defenses. Contains neither gluten nor lactose.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a 500 cc bottle of water; sip about 50-100 cc of solution every 15-20 minutes. It is advisable not to exceed with the intake of liquids (avoid exceeding 800cc of solution / hour) in order not to generate an excessive commitment to the stomach. Take 1 to 3 sachets per day.
