Food supplement based on magnesium and griffonia extract, for brain functionality (memory, attention and concentration).
Griffonia, titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin, has action on normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue; it also supports normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Chocolate taste.

Magnesium carbonate; sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; flavourings, griffonia [Griffoniasimplicifolia (DC.) Baill] seed de tit. 30% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: citric acid.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day, preferably in the morning, to dissolve directly in the mouth.
