How to use
We recommend taking one stick a day, preferably in the evening before a meal or in the morning on an empty stomach.

Warnings
Contains lactose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g of Lactulose.

Contraindications
There are no known side effects related to the use of the product; avoid in case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.
