PermaFoam Classic is a sterile, single use, polyurethane foam dressing with a three dimensional structure to effectively absorb wound exudate and maintain a moist wound environment. The product is indicated for medium to highly exuding, acute and chronic wounds, such as vascular lesions (leg ulcers), stage II-IV pressure ulcers, diabetic foot lesions, donor sites, abrasions, incisions.
PermaFoam Classic is used by healthcare professionals and can be applied for up to 30 days.

The validity of the product is guaranteed for 3 years.
The product will remain sterile throughout the period indicated if the packaging is not damaged and is stored according to the conditions indicated.
Store in a dry place.
The product must be disposed of as special hospital waste and, in any case, according to the provisions of the law in force.
