Bimbovit Nanna is a supplement based on Melatonin and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect on reducing the time to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. Vitamin D contributes to the normal development of bones and teeth and to the normal function of the immune system of children. Recent studies have shown that low vitamin D concentrations are associated with shorter sleep duration in all age groups (Valtueña et al. 2013; Massa et al. 2015; Bertisch et al. 2015).

Composition: Fructose; purified water; cholecalciferol; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; aroma; thickener: xanthan gum.

Instructions for use: recommended dose per day: 0.5 ml (corresponding to a dispenser). Take just before bedtime.
