OMEGA JUNIOR contains an oil extracted from the seeds of Ribes nigrum which contain a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic (C18: 2 omega-6) and alpha-linolenic (C18: 3 omega-3). organism and must therefore be introduced pre-formed with the diet. They are important as such and as precursors to other longer chain polyunsaturates.
They enter the constitution of cell membranes and carry out an indispensable biometabolic activity at the level of structure and function. Thanks to the presence of polyunsaturated fatty acids, Ribes nigrum oil is also indicated in subjects with allergic manifestations (rhinitis, bronchial asthma, conjunctivitis, dermatitis etc.).

OMEGA JUNIOR is useful to supplement the diet in the first year of life, lacking in polyunsaturates and in numerous other physiological and pathological situations.

OMEGA JUNIOR also provides:
• Vitamin E. Protects polyunsaturated fatty acids from peroxidative processes
• Vitamin B6. Promotes the biological transformations of essential fatty acids

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

infant : 5 drops per 100 ml of milk

from weaning to 1 year of life : 30 drops twice a day

child and adult : 30 drops 3 times a day

The product can be diluted in milk.
