SEBORACNE DERMOPURE CREAM Pherla Medical

DERMOPURE SEBORACNE CREAM is a light serum formulated with an aloe arborescens base enriched with niacinamide and azelaic acid to even out skin tone and reduce pigmentation, redness and photo-aging of the face. COMPOSITION

Aloe Arborescens

It has a calming, refreshing and decongestant, moisturizing, antioxidant, antibacterial, healing action, stimulating epithelial growth. Aloe has been defined as an "adaptogen" as it is able to restore the normal hydrolipidic balance of the skin. However, the beneficial action is not due only to its components but above all to the interactive synergistic action of all the substances present in its complex chemical composition.

Niacinamide

It is a form of vitamin B3 that preserves the barrier function of the skin. It has an antioxidant action, because it is an important component of coenzymes that participate in the transport of oxygen. Furthermore, it regulates the production of sebum which is one of the pathogenetic factors of acne, reduces skin imperfections, minimizes the appearance of pores and gives an illuminating action.

Salicylic acid

Gently exfoliates while sodium lactate and sodium hyaluronate preserve skin hydration.

Azelaic Acid

It acts on all the pathogenetic aspects of acne, from sebaceous hypersecretion (it is an inhibitor of androgens: therefore it blocks the effect that these exert on sebum production), to excessive keratinization of the skin (it has a cytostatic effect on keratinocytes, secretory cells of keratin), the consequent occlusion of the sebaceous duct, the development of bacterial colonies (it has a bacteriostatic effect).

In addition to the aforementioned actions, azelaic acid has shown a radical scavenger activity (anti free radicals), which is valuable for counteracting the inflammatory phenomena that accompany acne.

Glycolic acid

Being water-soluble, it spreads slowly through the stratum corneum, but once penetrated, due to the relatively small mass, it reaches even the deepest layers more quickly.

Eureco HC (Phialimido peroxicaproic acid PAP)

It is a highly active but absolutely non-aggressive molecule, capable of completely oxidizing the melanin at the level of the cornea, favoring its elimination. In the formulation it is intended to lighten the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation of acne.
