PHIL PHARMA® Platinum Lifting Formula with Colloidal Platinum is the innovative instant lifting with mattifying soft focus effect that mattifies and minimizes wrinkles. Colloidal Platinum rapidly stimulates the formation of collagen reducing the roughness of the skin and giving an immediately perceptible lifting effect. The Tri-Complex formulation with Hyaluronic Acid helps restore skin elasticity and hydration while Lipoic Acid and Coenzyme Q10 act as antioxidants to reveal radiant, hydrated and radiant skin.
It acts actively reducing the signs of age and fatigue from the first application. Also ideal for use as a primer and make-up fixer with a mattifying effect.

Effects

Instant lifting action with mattifying effect, stimulates cell vitality, minimizes wrinkles by promoting the synthesis of type I and type III collagen. Improves the elasticity and softness of the skin.

Use

1. Load the SKIN UP® CLASSIC device with at least 1 mL of product.
2. Apply directly to the skin under and over the make-up.

3–4 puffs per day are recommended when signs of fatigue appear on the face. (The device switches off automatically after 15 seconds which is equivalent to one delivery).

MAKE-UP Applied on make-up, it acts as a fixative with a mattifying effect. If used as a primer and fixer, it is recommended to spray on clean skin before applying make-up and spray directly on top of the make-up afterwards.
