PHYSIOMER® IPER - Decongestant hypertonic nasal spray

Physiomer Iper, hypertonic nasal spray , is indicated for relieving nasal congestion due to colds , rhinosinusitis and allergies .

When to use Physiomer Iper ?

• Thanks to the hypertonic formula, with a concentration of salts higher than that of nasal cells, Physiomer Iper allows to drain excess fluids (due to inflammation) from the nasal mucosa and, therefore, to provide a decongestant effect - by osmotic effect.
• For nasal congestions due to colds, rhinosinusitis, or allergic rhinitis:
• It reduces nasal congestion by draining excess fluids from the mucous membranes
• Liquify and eliminate secretions
• It favors the action of topical drugs and limits their use
• It does not involve dryness of the mucous membranes and addiction
• Can be used during pregnancy:
• Even during breastfeeding and for prolonged use (up to 3 months)

How is Physiomer Iper used?

2 to 3 applications lasting 1 or 2 seconds in each nostril, up to 6 times a day. In case of nasal irritation, a transient burning can occur during use.

Place your head over the sink, or in the shower, and tilt it to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the dispenser firmly for 1 or 2 seconds.
Leave the solution to act for a few seconds. Repeat with the other nostril, turning the head to the other side.
Blow your nose gently.

Sea water, undiluted and hypertonic, with a concentration of mineral salts equal to 22 g / l
135 ml of sea water to taste at 135 ml
Sterile and without preservatives
pH adapted to the nasal mucosa

Warnings

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package. Read the package insert carefully before use.
