For daily prevention: 1 or 2 applications of 1-2 seconds per day in each nostril.-In case of fluid or abundant secretions due to colds or any other nasal infection: 4 to 6 applications of 1-2 seconds per day or more if necessary in each nostril.

Instructions for Use

Place your head over the sink or in the shower, tilt it to one side and gently insert the spout into the upper nostril. Firmly press the dispenser for 1-2 seconds. 2. Leave the solution to act for a few seconds. 3. Repeat with the other nostril by turning the head to the other side. 4. Blow your nose. Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry it carefully.
