How is Physiomer Sinusitis Nasal Spray used?

Before starting to use the product, press the dispenser 2-3 times into the air, avoiding pointing it towards the body and, in particular, towards the eyes.
Physiomer Sinusitis Nasal Spray is for nasal use only. Follow the instructions below:

Keep your head upright, without tilting it forward or backward. Insert the dispenser into the right nostril. Breathe in deeply and hold your breath briefly (3 - 5 seconds), then spray the solution into your right nostril by pressing the nozzle once. Breathe out through your mouth once, then breathe normally. Do not inhale while dispensing.
Repeat the above procedure for the left nostril.
Clean the dispenser with a clean paper towel. Replace the protective cover.
