Ingrediants

Ispaghul - Plantago Ovata Forssk. (integuments) powder 172g, Acerola - Malpighia Punicifolia L. (fruit) dry extract titrated 25% in Vitamin C 8g.

How to use

1 teaspoon in a glass of cold water, to be taken before meals if you want to reduce the sense of hunger, after meals to regulate intestinal transit. Take a maximum of 3 teaspoons per day. Do not exceed the indicated doses.
