Description

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hypericum (Hypericum perforatum L.) herb with flowers dry extract 0.3% hypericin, passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers dry extract 2% vitexin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root powder; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Gluten free and naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day, preferably before meals.

Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Hypericin is photosensitizing: in prolonged therapies it is recommended to abstain from exposure to the sun and sources of ultraviolet light. It is contraindicated in the elderly with hypertension or with cardiovascular disease and in severe headaches. The combination with alcohol, other antidepressants (tricyclics), caffeine, foods rich in tryptophan or tyramine (cheese, red wine, beer) is contraindicated. Contraindicated if you are taking drugs metabolised in the liver by P450 enzymes (cyclosporine, warfarin, indinavir, oral contraceptives).
