• The withania promotes relaxation and mental well-being and is useful for its tonic-adaptogenic and tonic effect in case of physical and mental fatigue.

• Magnesium and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Lactium is a hydrolyzed milk protein containing an active decapeptide obtained by enzymatic digestion.

How to use

We recommend taking the product 1-2 times a day to be swallowed with a little water.
From 7 to 14 years: preferably ½ tablet after breakfast and ½ tablet after dinner.
Over 14 years and adults: preferably 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 tablet after dinner.
