Magnesium
Magnesium is an essential mineral for living cells: it participates in the constitution of the skeleton together with calcium and phosphorus. Potassium
In our organism 95% of potassium is distributed in the intracellular liquids and only 5% in the extracellular ones. Extracellular potassium is involved in the processes of nerve impulse transmission, in the control of muscle contraction and blood pressure. How to use
Dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of water. It is advisable to mix well until the product is completely dissolved and to drink immediately.
