Piadina FiberPasta - Low Glycemic Index
Piadina FiberPasta does not contain lard, but only sunflower oil. It has a high fiber content (10%), a low GI 34 glycemic index and fewer calories than traditional piadina: it is light and digestible, does not contain yeast and has no cholesterol.
