It is a food supplement based on chromium picolinate. Chromium contributes to the physiological metabolism of macronutrients, that is, it helps to transform carbohydrates, proteins, fats into energy and also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Ingrediants
Bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; thickener: sodium cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose; chromium chromax [chromium picolinate (trivalent)].

How to use
Swallow 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably with meals.
