Liquid Melatonin Zinc-Selenium is a product which, taken at bedtime, reduces the time required to fall asleep, contributes to keeping the body synchronized with the physiological cyclicality of the organism to regulate the biological sleep-wake rhythm.

How does it work?

Liquid Melatonin Zinc-Selenium promotes sleep quality, but also helps support the immune system , combining the advantages of:

• melatonin , which contributes to the reduction of time to fall asleep;
• zinc and selenium , which contribute to the protection of the skin from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 0.5 ml, equivalent to 1 m, of Pierpaoli® Liquid Melatonin in the evening half an hour before going to sleep, however preferably between 10.00 pm and 12.00 am. Dilute in water or take directly into the mouth, as it has a pleasant taste. Shake well before use. It is recommended to wash the syringe after each use.

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age, do not take during pregnancy, store below 25 ° C and protect from the light.
Excessive use can cause laxative effects due to the presence of mannitol.
